Long Term Guaranteed Rent
We offer a fixed rent for 2, 3 or 5 years. So you don't have to worry about when the rent is going to drop in. You can assume the same rate of rent, on the same day EVERY month for the duration of the contract
Hands Off Property Management
All the worries of tenanting a property go away.. We control the tenant management and your only thoughts should be what you are spending your monthly rent on!
Zero Void Periods
No concerns over voids. If there is a void period, that is for us to deal with and does not impact the landlord due to the guaranteed rent.
Regular Cleaning and Condition Spot Checks
Your property will be cleaned at least once a month, usually Bi-Weekly. During these cleans, spot checks will be done to ensure property is being looked after. This will also help pick up early signs of mould or concerns with the property.
Low Maintenance taken care of
We off a great service including general wear and tear and low maintenance being covered.
IE: Paint touch ups, small repairs.
Fully Compliant with No additional Fee's
We pay tenant finding fee's, we pay the agent fee's and any management fee's that need to be considered. We are fully compliant and fully insured. (See Legal Tab at top of page)
